Services Overview
The Secret Garden Wellness Services offer holistic coaching and support to empower women on their
journey toward healing, self-discovery, and freedom from burnout. Services may include coaching
sessions, digital content, exercises, and wellness resources.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older and understand that these Services are for personal development
and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

Health Disclaimer:

The services provided by The Secret Garden Wellness are designed to support your personal well-
being, but they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological
conditions.
Participation in this program does not replace the care or treatment provided by a physician,
therapist, or other licensed healthcare provider. You should continue to follow the advice of your
healthcare team.
By engaging with this program, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own
health decisions. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult with a licensed

Participation & Commitment

Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and engaging in the process.
Your commitment and willingness to implement practices are essential to your growth and
transformation.
Clients agree to engage respectfully, implement guidance provided, and maintain personal
responsibility for their progress. Results depend on your dedication, and no specific outcomes are
guaranteed.

Secret Garden Wellness disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in these Services.
Clients assume full responsibility for their choices and actions during and after the Services.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, general insights may be shared for training or marketing purposes without revealing personal details.
Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of shared experiences from other participants.

Payment & Refund Policy

Full payment or a payment plan must be completed before accessing Services.
All payments are non-refundable. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete payment may result in the suspension or termination of Services.
In exceptional cases (e.g., services not delivered as promised), refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as specified. Payment processing may be facilitated by third-party providers, and any associated fees will be disclosed during checkout.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be refunded, but can be rescheduled.
Missed sessions without prior notice will not be eligible for rescheduling or reimbursement.

Intellectual Property

All materials provided through The Secret Garden Wellness Services, including content, frameworks, and exercises, remain the intellectual property of the Secret Garden Wellness.
Clients may not copy, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

Non-Compete Clause
Clients agree not to replicate, teach, or distribute proprietary frameworks and materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to Services if a client violates these terms, engages in disruptive behavior, or fails to make required payments. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving disputes mindfully and respectfully. If unresolved through good-faith negotiation, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Poughkeepsie, NY, USA.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or unforeseen emergencies.
